It's today only a week until first of advent and since there aren't yet any snow we needed to do something else to get in the spirit so we baked 160 (!) saffronbuns, and now I can't wait until christmas!
This was the first year since 2004 I got to join my mom and aunt in their traditional saffronbun baking. And this year we introduced a newcomer, the one with cocoanut and dried cranberrys. Amazing taste and with the beautiful red color for christmas!
I hope we have enough saffronbuns for the holidays! ;)
